Things sit about where they have been for five months…we’re still seeking a Purchase Power Agreement (PPA). We’re negotiating with about 8 different power purchasers…but so far, no luck! The Michigan and Monroe County Economic Development Corps have been working with us…we appreciate their help! And, the Michigan Legislature is still sitting on the Renewable Portfolio Standard Bill (RPS), without which, DTE and Consumers Energy refuse to buy our power.
